Courtney Cox’s ex David Arquette checks out of rehab

Courtney Cox’s estranged husband David Arquette has checked out of rehab after spending a month receiving treatment for “alcohol and other issues.”
The actor sought help after partying non-stop following his break-up with the former Friends star.
His representative told People magazine: “He has completed his treatment and has left the facility. He’s feeling good and he’s ready to move forward.”
A source added: “He is very committed to his sobriety and is a changed person because of his experience.
“He realises now how out of control things got and doesn’t want that to happen again.”
David confessed to US radio host Howard Stern that his marriage had broken down after he had an affair with a Los Angeles waitress.
After a two-month bender he checked in to the Betty Ford Center in California, saying: “I’ve been drinking a lot. But I don’t want to go in to all that because it’s really a personal, traumatic thing.
“Everybody’s worried and concerned about me. When I drink, I become a maniac.”
At the time, Courtney said: “I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life. I love and support him.”
