A drunken fancy dress reveller threatened customers in a takeaway – while wearing fishnet tights and clutching a handbag.

Angry James McInerney, 18, was stripped of his clothes by pals on a boozy night out.
But he turned aggressive and threatened to stab customers when staff at Quigley’s takeaway in Bristol asked him to cover up at 4.30am on February 21.
McInerney, of Staple Hill, Bristol, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words and behaviour at Bristol Magistrates Court.
Jeremy Oliver, prosecuting, said: ”The defendant appeared wearing just fishnet stockings and a T-shirt and carrying a handbag.
”When he was challenged about the way he was exposing himself he started shouting and being threatening.
”He said he would ‘stab them up’ and told Mr Davies to put ‘your dog on a leash’ referring to Miss Upton.
”The defendant repeated threats of stabbing people over several minutes.”
Will Palmer, defending, said: ”My client is an idiot – and on the night in question he was a drunken idiot.
”He went on a big night out with his friends and they thought it would be funny to strip him of his clothes.”
Unemployed McInerney, who has no previous convictions, was fined £100, and was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
