Evil sisters sexually tortured man, 22, then sent pictures to friends on Blackberry messenger

Two twisted sisters who sexually tortured a man before sending sick pictures of their abuse to pals via Blackberry Messenger have been jailed.

Yasmine and Whitney Notice plied their 22-year-old victim with booze and lured him back to their flat where they threatened him at gunpoint and ordered him to strip.

The sick pair then sexually humiliated him for their own “wicked amusement” and took photos on their phones, a court heard.

After circulating pictures of the lad with their friends over Blackberry Messenger in February this year – police were tipped off about the images the following day.

The sisters, from Nechells, Birmingham, were caught when specialist officers used advanced telecom analysis to track the images to Yasmine’s phone.

And on Friday a judge jailed 19-year-old Yasmine for seven years and two months whilst her 20-year-old sister was told she’d spend five years behind bars.

Judge Roderick Henderson said that the victim had undergone an hour-and-a-half of ‘humiliation’.

He said: “He was photographed in a number of still photographs and moving images.

“And the reason this case came to light in the first place was because you sent these to somebody else.

“It was a horrible ordeal for a vulnerable person who was abused in the most unpleasant way for a long, long time and that’s by far the most serious element of this.”

Prosecutor Rob Cowley said Yasmine had sent a text to pals saying that she was going to “terror” her victim after luring him back to her flat.

He said: “Yasmine told a friend that she was going to meet up with a boy, she said that she was going to ‘terror the boy and stuff’.

“The violence and humiliation took place over about an hour and a half.”

Both sisters admitted assault, false imprisonment, and causing a person to engage in sexual activity, whilst Whitney also pleaded guilty to possessing an imitation firearm.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Emma Fennon, from West Midlands Police, said after the case: “They targeted the man with the express intention of humiliating him for their own pleasure, they even recorded the abuse and boasted about their actions to friends.

“In the video the man – who is a vulnerable adult – can be seen cowering, fearing for his life, whilst the girls are heard laughing in the background.

“We believe this may not have been the first time they have carried out such abuse as other images discovered on their phones suggest there could be more victims.

“If anyone has suffered such abuse they should report it to police; the matter will be dealt with sensitively by officers specially trained to support victims.”

Public Protection Unit Detective Inspector Darren Lee, added: “The sentences reflect the cruelty of the offence, this was a complex inquiry, with phone analysis work needed on seven mobile phones and numerous computer items found in their flat.”

Both sisters were also ordered to register as sex offenders for life.
