Faulty phone returned full of hardcorn porn

A teenage girl blasted Carphone Warehouse after her repaired mobile phone was returned – loaded with hardcore PORN.

Shocked Lauren Kennedy, 18, sent her Nokia to the mobile phone supplier earlier this month after it kept cutting out mid-call.

But she was stunned when it was sent back to her with sleazy home-made videos of sex, gang-bangs and women masturbating.

It contained 13 images of young women in slinky lingerie and 10 videos between five and ten minutes long featuring an array of hardcore porn.

Speaking from her home in Coventry, West Mids., yesterday, student Lauren said she was left ”deeply traumatised” by the images.

”I think it’s revolting that somebody has had their filthy paws all over my mobile phone,” she said. ”The people had recorded themselves doing everything.

”There were clips of couples having sex in the toilet, in the bathroom and having gang-bangs in the bedroom.

”You can only see the women and not the person who’s recording it, but you can hear him egging them on in a sleazy voice.

”The videos have left me deeply traumatised.”

Social and health care student Lauren was given the Nokia 5530 Express pay-as-you go handset as a Christmas present from parents Amanda, 37, and Mark, 40.

But she sent it off for repair at Carphone Warehouse on March 7 after it kept cutting out mid-call.

Lauren was stunned when she received the handset back on March 13 and turned it on to find it loaded with home-made hardcore porn.

Ten videos ranging from five to ten minutes in length had been sent via bluetooth to the handset.

Footage included women performing sex acts on themselves, gang bangs and oral sex.

There were also 13 images which had been sent to the phone showing women in slinky lingerie masturbating.

Horrified Lauren immediately contacted the customer services department, who offered her a ‘paltry’ £10 in compensation.

”I felt sick when I saw the videos and was even more insulted when they offered just £10 in compensation,” added Lauren, who lives with brothers Leon, 16, and Jy, nine.

”I told them they were incredibly lucky I wasn’t a really young kid. For all they know I could be eight or nine years old.

”What if one of my two younger brothers had turned the phone on and found those images? It makes me feel sick.”

A Carphone Warehouse spokesman said: ”We are investigating this issue as a matter of urgency.

”We apologise to Lauren Kennedy and her family for any offence that may have been caused and have replaced the phone with a brand new BlackBerry Curve.”

  1. I've never been a big fan of Apple but I have to admit that the iphone is quite good! :) I'd like to know if this issue about the iphone 4 is important or not. I'd like to buy the new one and I was wondering if the calls actually drop more or not. Sorry if it's a bit off topic :P Many thanks
