Jennifer Aniston is allegedly being blamed for her best friend and ex-Friends co-star Courtney Cox’s marriage breakdown – by Courtney’s estranged hubby, David Arquette.

Jennifer Aniston lands the blame for best friend Courtney Cox’s marriage breakdown

The actor, who is currently separated from Courtney after admitting to an affair and being photographed in a strip club, has reportedly shouldered the blame on poor Jen.

First The Mirror reported he called her on 30 October and shouted down the phone, accusing her of meddling and claiming ‘you never liked me from the start.’

And now he has made a dig at her whilst promoting his new film The Legend of Hallow Dega.

Speaking at the film’s premiere, he said: “The film was shot in Courtney’s home state of Alabama. Actually, when I was there I came across a town called Anniston. I should have known that was an omen.”

Since splitting with Brad Pitt, Jennifer has been inseparable from Courtney and was frequently photographed on holiday with the couple.

And with Courtney recently praising Jen for being ‘amazing’ in the wake of her separation, it seems as though David may have to drop any grudges if he wants to reconcile with his wife.

I dunno… Somehow the idea of Courtney Cox and Jennifer Anniston breaking up each other’s marriages to be together doesn’t bother me. But then, I’m picturing them as a lot more than just chums.
