The teen hearthrob was alleged to have punched and sworn at the boy after he directed a homophobic insult at him.

However, Canadian police have confirmed that after investigating the incident no further action will be taken.

Corporal Turley of the Canadian Mounted Police said: “This investigation into the incident is now complete and no charges will be forwarded as the evidence collected [doesn’t] support doing so.”

In other Bieber news, the 16-year-old has been breaking teenage hearts around the world since rumours surfaced that he is dating not one but two lucky girls: That’s So Raven star Jasmine Villegas and singer Selena Gomez.

Jasmine Villegas and Justin Bieber aren’t dating. Selena Gomez made it official that she is dating Justin. I’m not a hater of their relationship. I love both Selena & Justin, and LOVE the relationship. So yeah. Haters can die. Because i honestly don’t see what the problem is with them dating. They are both wonderful, amazing, talented, beautiful singers. So, don’t hate. Well, i love you selena, i love you Justin<3. See ya. -Alyssa.
