The workshy dad-of-13 given a seven-bedroom superhome by the council says someone is trying to drive him out by poisoning his koi carp – all THREE HUNDRED of them.

Tim Fisk, 44, and girlfriend Mandy Ball, 41, increased their family to 13 with baby Satin-Tia as two council houses were knocked together for them.

The double-size property now has seven bedrooms, two bathrooms, a plasma TV, an Incredible Hulk themed room, fish tank, wet room and garden pond.

But the benefits couple were stunned when they found all 300 of their fish – worth more than £1,000 – lying dead.

Police believe vandals broke into the garden in Ipswich, Suffolk and poisoned the fish between 10pm on July 1 and 9am the following day.

Mr Fisk claims bleach was poured into the pond in a deliberate attempt to drive them from their new home.

He said: “The children went to play around the back garden and they saw all the fish were dead.

“It’s disgusting to take it out on the poor fish. It’s bad when you are targeting peoples’ fish – it’s cruelty to animals.

“I’m upset about it and the children are. I love my fish. I have always had them, all my life.”

Ipswich Borough Council spent more than £36,000 on the conversion and claimed it was the “most cost-effective solution.”

The couple, who rake in £53,000 of uncapped benefits a year, recently featured in a TV documentary called Benefits Britain: Life on the Dole.

During the documentary their son Daniel, 15, who has learning difficulties, was filmed by the pond as hundreds of fish swam behind him.

Mr. Fisk added: “I have worked hard for our possessions in the past.

“I get child tax credit as everyone else does – it’s just the fact that I have had so many children.

“It seems to me everyone’s doing it hoping we move, but I’m going to stand my ground.

“I have got a few more children – so what?”

Outraged locals petitioned the council when it was revealed they planned to help the growing family by knocking together their three-bedroom home and the one next door.

Mr. Fisk defiantly told the documentary he wouldn’t be “dictated to” on how many kids he should have.

The couple are already parents to Charlie, 21, Ashleigh, 19, Sadie, 16, Lauren, 15, Daniel,15, Callum, 12, Kyle, 12, Elektra-Mae, six, Serenity, five, Starlight, three, Jayden, two, Netheus, one, and six-month-old Satin-Tia.

They said they have since been forced fit CCTV cameras around their home for their and their children’s safety and even used handheld cameras on the way to school.

He added: “I have had threats saying they’re going to petrol bomb us and murder my family.

“I’m quite disgusted with it to be honest. On the street we have had verbal abuse, people shouting out, we have had cars pull up shouting out… fingers stuck up at Mandy.”

Suffolk Police said: “The rear garden has been entered and it is believed a substance has been put in the pond water.”
