recruitmentRevolutionary new online recruitment firm – Talendrone – is aiming to generate income for more than 10,000 UK recruiters after securing a £350,000 investment from Finance Yorkshire.

The company was founded by IT specialist and entrepreneur Aman Sood in 2015 and specialises in recruitment in the IT sector.

Aman explained “As technology has advanced, the other recruitment technology companies are automating everything to reduce the dependency on recruiters. We are different. We believe that the recruiter community (which consists of hundreds of thousands of recruiters) still has lot of value to offer in quickly hiring the best candidates.
We have a great platform, but we won’t stop there, we’ll continue to improve the system using the latest developments to keep clients and recruiters delighted.

In these days when technology is being used to give people what they want, when they want it, I wanted to bring the same ethos to recruitment services.

We want to provide recruiters the opportunity to work flexible hours to suit their own individual lifestyle but still give them the opportunity to earn good money. He went on to add “But it’s not all about the recruiters, we’re also here to provide a service to employers. By helping them get their job vacancies in front of as wider audience as possible they can take on the expert staff they need quickly and efficiently. It’s a bit like a dating agency we match specialist recruiters to the employers seeking candidates in their field, in one easy to use system.“

With access to over 5 million candidates nationwide, Talendrone can find the best candidates suitable for any IT vacancy using recruiters across the world and posting jobs on over 100 of the UK’s top job boards.

For employers the service provided by Talendrone allows them to leverage thousands of specialist recruiters to hire new IT staff quickly and to choose the level of commission they want to pay. All their IT staff hiring can be done in one place and on one system. With the company’s Platinum package, there are no monthly retainer fees to pay and no commission paid until they hire a suitable candidate.

Recruiters both freelance and agency based can upload CVs to the site quickly and easily. With 3200 recruiters already on board Aman has big plans to get 10,000 UK recruiters signed up in the next few months. “The investment from Finance Yorkshire endorses the potential growth for the business, and I aim to ensure that we pull out all the stops to make the company even more of a success than it already is. We have ambitious plans to grow and develop into some exciting new areas to make sure we keep up to date with all the latest technological advances.”
