The tot stunned nurses when she was born fully hirsute and her barnet has continued to grow into a golden-blonde mop.
Parents Jessica and Nathan are frequently stopped in the street by strangers who cannot resist running their fingers through her locks.
But the couple are used to the attention because their eldest daughter Scarlett, three, has remarkable curls which have earned her modelling jobs.
Dental nurse Jessica, 26, said: “We would always get stopped because of Scarlett’s curly hair, but we’re getting stopped more since I’ve had Emelia.
“Whenever we go out someone wants to run their fingers through her hair. I don’t mind it at all – and I don’t think Emelia knows any different.”
“When she was first born people compared her hair to Rod Stewart’s and she gets likened to all kinds of celebrities – Liam Gallagher and Jedwood are quite common.
“But it’s also similar to Boris Johnson’s too.”
Even nurses were shocked when the tot was born, says Jessica, with staff from other wards rushing to her bedside to get a good look.
“The nurses all came running in,” said Jessica. “I don’t think Emelia knows any different but Scarlett loves it – she’s already really confident.
“I signed her to a modelling agency and she’s done one job so far.
“She has always had attention from strangers.
“Emelia is quite laid back, people always mess with her hair but it doesn’t seem to faze her.”
Husband Nathan, 35, said that he thinks all the attention does the two girls good – and he can imagine them being on television.
The warehouse operative said: “We’ve just been to Morrisons and people have stopped us to have a look.
“She’s only nine weeks but has already got massive blonde hair. They’ll definitely be on TV – Scarlett is destined to be an actress.”
The couple, from Rugeley, Staffs., are trying to work out where their children get their unique genes from.
“My hair was curly when I was younger,” said Nathan. “But it’s not like theirs.”
Jessica added: “I have an auntie who has curly hair and mine is just wavey. I would like to think their hair could make them famous one day.”
