A parent at the school said: “There were three girls in the room. They had access to a TV and there was no supervision.

“There’s a statement somewhere saying that the staff were all drinking at the time.

“And the girls watched Babestation, free porn films and they also watched a harrowing documentary about rape.

“It only emerged when one of the girls was home and said to her mother ‘you can’t wear that skirt mummy, you’ll be asking for it’.”

It was also revealed that two of the girls are still going to the school – while the other has been removed by her angry parents.

Headteacher Margaret Gretton has also been accused of intimidating members of staff.

Governor Eric Ashworth believes Ms Gretton, who is still at work, should have been suspended while Nottinghamshire County Council’s inquiry takes place.

He said: “The head should have been suspended much earlier. One of the things she is accused of is intimidating behaviour and she is in the position to carry on if it’s true.

“She has habit of intimidating staff who disagree with her, that’s the accusation.

“She hasn’t bee suspended. It would have been better if she had.

“Some governors have resigned in protest.”

Mr Ashworth also revealed the female pupils watching porn on TV were taking part in an annual activities trip to Skegness.

He said the complaint was the latest in a long line of grievances governors had with the school.

He added: “There have been complains coming from several directions.

“What’s happened is there’s been misdirection of committees. They are in disarray really.

“Certain powers are reserved to the governing body but what’s happened is the head has pushed things so minor committees are taking decisions that they have no right to take about the school’s size or status.

“There are various rumours going on but I have no direct knowledge.”

Burton Joyce Primary School refused to comment yesterday.
