A pervy businessman who filmed four teenage girls strip naked in his posh restaurant has been jailed for 12 months.
James Diamond, 63, plied his victims – one of whom was just 13 – with booze before persuading them to perform strip teases.
He also promised the girls he could get them a modelling contract if they posed naked for him.
Diamond made 656 videos and pictures of the girls writhing naked at the £50-a-head Rats Castle restaurant in Faringdon, Oxon.
On Friday Diamond was jailed for 12 months when he admitted taking indecent images of a child and sexual activity with a girl aged between 13 and 15.
He was also ordered to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for 10 years and banned from working with children for life.
Recorder Alper Riza told him: ”You used alcohol in order to fool young girls.
”Not only that, you were both ruthless and manipulative, and you were exploitative.”
Oxford Crown Court heard Diamond, who had run the restaurant for 25 years, gave the four teenage pals alcohol after hours.
The court heard Diamond would tell the girls they were ”being boring” if they refused to strip and told another worried girl ”What goes on at the Rats Castle stays at the Rats Castle.”
When police raided the restaurant in May this year officers found dozens of CDs labelled with girls’ names hidden in flat above the business.
Diamond tried to wriggle out of the charges telling them he believed they were 16 and so therefore had done nothing wrong.
A victim statement of a mother of the 13-year-old said her daughter suffered nightmares after her ordeal.
She said: ”His [Diamond] actions have ripped away what should be an innocent and carefree time in my daughter’s life and he’s forced her into a sordid adult world.
”She is a shadow of her former self.”
Lucy Tapper, defending, said: ”He was not at the time in his right mind and believes he was going through some kind of minor breakdown, which he started to experience after coming back from a foreign trip.”
