The greatest overtaking manoeuvre ever?

August 27, 2010 | by | 0 Comments

This is the moment a race car driver pulls off one of the gutsiest overtaking manoeuvres ever – by JUMPING the car in front.

On a mud track normally reserved for motorcross bikes, the battered saloon takes the mound at such speed it takes off and leaps through the air, clearing the turquoise hatchback in front.

As the car hits the ground, it makes a near-perfect landing before powersliding round the next corner – leaving his rival shocked at what had just happened.

The Dukes of Hazzard-type move, which ever Lewis Hamilton would struggle to pull off, took place over the weekend at the St-Ferdinand AutoQuad in Quebec, Canada.
