I live in northeast ohio and am very irritated by that lady and I feel she needs 2 b seriously punished. Not that I am sadistic but if she pulled that in my neighborhood there's a good chance she woukd be clawed by the 3 cats I have with me.

omg i was so shocked wen i saw this ive got a cat myself & if any1 hurt her i wud go off me head tht poor cat 15 hours on it own i fink we shud find tht woman(monster) & lock her in a bin 4 15 hours tht is just pure evil.

With all kidding aside, I seriously believe that this woman should be held for 15 hours in a very small dark cell…. With no toilet or anything. That doesn't equal what the cat was put through though. The woman should also be charged a hefty fine to be paid to the cat owners to spend on kitty and also pay the rspca a cash settlement towards their care of animals.

Keep cats in the house when your not home, and at night.

Make sure they are fixed so not too interesting to the opposite sex kitty.

Make sure they wear collars with tags [name and phone #] and a bell.

At least that way in future people will recognize this isn't a stray. That is not an excuse but a safety issue.

That woman needs to be shackled to a post in the middle of town for a couple of hours, while this video is running on a large screen beside her.

Try and forgive her soon though….she isn't worth your energy. But wait til after she is charged to the FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW! Sue for damages, stress etc….you were distressed not knowing where your cat was…. and couldn't sleep etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

This woman needs to pay for what she has done. Letting her get away with it is unfair to this animal. I personally would like to see this woman spend 15 hours in that bin without water and food.

It is people like this that make me want to see the stocks brought back, installed in the middle of town, and WELL-USED!!! A day or two having to deal with the public response to this kind of thing MIGHT cure someone so callous and vengeful. She was, i am sure, hoping the cat would NOT be found, so it is not a case of the cat being trapped for 15 hours. She wanted that cat DEAD. Karma can be a B*$&h.
