By providing South West News Service Limited (“SWNS”) with video, images, or editorial content (“Content”), you are entering into an agreement as set out below with SWNS (registered in England, number 06561578, of Media Centre, Abbey Wood Business Park, Emma Chris Way, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS34 7JU).
You grant SWNS and its affiliates permission to broadcast or republish your content as set out below. SWNS works with some of the biggest publishers and distributors of content in the world, including AP, Reuters, Newsflare, and Yahoo, as well as major newspaper and magazine publishers.
You agree to the following:
- You filmed, photographed, or created the Content yourself
- The Content does not infringe the rights of any other person or organisation
- You retain exclusive ownership of the Content and all rights in the Content
- You grant to SWNS and its affiliates a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, syndicate, create derivative works based upon, display, publish, and perform the Content in any media format and through any media channel, including without limitation, social media.
