William picked up his first camera at the age of 14, documenting his friends and the people around him, almost 20 years on he is still shooting every day for work and fun. After graduating in photography from the University Of Westminster his pictures have appeared on the side of a double-decker bus, he was a winner at the Reading Cultural Awards and has even appeared on the BBC. William says about himself ‘I try to be as versatile as possible and bring my enthusiasm to every shoot. I think you have to be good with people, having conversations and getting to know the story – and getting the best out of your subject. I’ve learnt to work faster on certain shoots because I love to talk, and listen.’
